Basic information

The goal of the fourteenth MIRRI SR hackathon titled Digital Fair Portal, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic, was to design a digital solution that would modernize and simplify the management of fairs in the town of Revúca. The ambition was to develop a system that would efficiently cover the entire process, from vendor registration and booking of sales spots to payment processing and the issuance of permits within the local government environment.

JarmOK as a realized project

JarmOK is a modern municipal information system designed for the efficient management of a fair as a sales event. It enables the municipality to easily manage the entire process, from event preparation and vendor registration to final reporting.

Overviews, analytics, document management

For the public, it provides clear and accessible information about the fair and individual stalls. For vendors and municipal officials, it significantly simplifies administrative tasks and saves time through digitized processes.

Fair zones creation on the map

The solution includes integrations with Facebook, Slovensko.sk, automatic business ID verification, the GoPay payment gateway, as well as automatic translations via DeepL, ensuring fast communication, accurate data validation, and convenient use even for international participants.
